Dawid Konotey-Ahulu CBE DL Co-founder, mallowstreet
Dawid is a serial entrepreneur, having co-founded Redington and mallowstreet with Robert Gardner. Dawid remains involved in mallowstreet as a Board Director.
Most recently Dawid co-founded The #10000BlackInterns programme with Jonathan Sorrell (President of Capstone Investment Advisers), Michael Barrington-Hibbert (founder of Barrington-Hibbert Associates), and Wol Kolade (Managing Partner of Livingbridge), the group which founded #100BlackInterns in August 2020.
Through the #100BlackInterns initiative, leading players in the investment management industry have come together to address the chronic underrepresentation of Black talent in that sector. Since its launch, the programme has garnered extraordinary support with 200 investment management companies offering internships in the Summer of 2021 to Black students in the United Kingdom as a way of attracting a more diverse range of talent to their industry.
Following the launch of #100BlackInterns, the #10000BlackInterns initiative has been designed to help transform the horizons and prospects of young Black people in the United Kingdom. The 10,000 Black Interns programme will offer paid work experience across a wide range of sectors, providing training and development opportunities and creating a sustainable cycle of mentorship and sponsorship for the Black community.

Claus Vinge Skrumsager Managing Director and Head of North Haven Secured Private Credit, Morgan Stanley Investment Management
Claus is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and Head of North Haven Secured Private Credit (“NHSPC”). Claus joined Morgan Stanley Investment Management (“MSIM”) in 2017 to lead the establishment of MSIM’s European private real asset backed credit platform NHSPC and today manages in excess of €2.5bn of committed capital on the platform.
Prior to joining MSIM, Claus was co-head of Morgan Stanley’s EMEA Capital Markets, co-head of Global Fixed Income Markets, served as a member of the EMEA cross divisional Operating and Risk Committees and as a senior manager under the PRA and FCA’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime. He brings more than 25 years of capital markets experience with a focus on fixed income markets. Since joining Morgan Stanley in June 2007, he built the credit and rates solutions capital markets franchise, including establishing Morgan Stanley’s European Loan Solutions Group.
Claus started his capital markets career at Goldman Sachs in 1998, prior to which he worked at the Central Bank of Denmark, Danish Ministry of Finance and as part-time teacher at the University of Copenhagen. Mr. Skrumsager holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Cand. Polit from the University of Copenhagen.

Chandra Chadalawada Head of ALM and Liquidity Management, Legal & General
Changra joined Legal & General in 2014 and is the Head of ALM and Liquidity Management for Institutional Retirement. In this role, he has responsibility for managing the interest rate, inflation and funding/liquidity position for the c.£75bn annuity portfolio, with a focus also on new business asset strategy construction, illiquid asset assumptions and derivative trading. He was previously at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and is a CFA Charterholder.

Eleanor Bucks Non-executive Director, Phoenix Group & Former CIO, Lloyd’s of London
Eleanor is an Independent Non-executive Director at Phoenix Group Holdings plc, bringing over 20 years of experience in insurance and finance to the board. She most recently served as Lloyd’s of London’s first chief investment officer, where she led the Treasury and Investment Management team from September 2021. In this role, she successfully established the Lloyd’s investment platform, helping the market access a broader range of opportunities and generate attractive risk-adjusted returns.
Before joining Lloyd’s, Eleanor was chief operating officer of Legal & General Capital’s alternative asset platform, following senior positions at Legal & General, including chief investment officer and managing director of direct investment and real assets for Legal & General Retirement. She also served as chair of LGIM Real Assets’ Alternative Investment Fund Manager and was a director of Legal & General’s Single-Family Build-to-Rent business.
Eleanor’s career has been defined by her leadership in expanding investment opportunities and delivering long-term value across insurance and pension markets.

Adam Ruddle Chief Investment Officer, LV=
Adam is the Chief Investment Officer at LV=. He has responsibility for the investment management, allocation and optimisation of over £15bn of assets under management. His remit includes designing and setting investment strategies, managing group liquidity, the oversight of external asset managers, ESG and sustainability as well as the structuring of physical and synthetic investment solutions for the company. Adam has been with LV= for over 17 years working in a wide range of roles including asset liability management, financial reporting, capital management and with-profits oversight. He is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and holds the Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary designation.

Punil Chaubal Insurance Investment Advisory Leader, WTW
Punil is the Insurance Investment Advisory Leader at WTW. He leads a team of over 20 dedicated insurance investment professionals advising on over $500bn of assets globally. His team are committed to supporting insurers consider their investment strategy, strategic asset allocation and portfolio implementation.
Punil has over 14 years of experience and joined WTW in 2022, working with insurance companies globally. Prior to joining WTW, Punil supported numerous UK and European insurers with management of investments, capital and sustainability risks. He earned a BSc in Mathematical Science from City University and an MSc in Actuarial Science from Heriot Watt University.

James Kanagasooriam Chief Research Officer, Focaldata
James is one of Britain’s leading pollsters and is Chief Research Officer of the AI-Research firm Focaldata. From the Scottish referendum of 2014, James has worked on almost all of the referenda and elections in the UK since, as well as multiple Federal and provincial elections in Canada, the United States and Israel. Most famously in 2019, he came up with the term and seat list the “Red Wall”.
James is a regular contributor to the Times and Radio 4. He sits on the advisory board of centre right think tank Onward and is a Senior Researcher at King’s College London.
