Dawid Konotey-Ahulu CBE DL Co-founder of mallowstreet
Dawid is a serial entrepreneur, having co-founded Redington and mallowstreet with Robert Gardner. Dawid remains involved in mallowstreet as a Board Director.
Most recently Dawid co-founded The #10000BlackInterns programme with Jonathan Sorrell (President of Capstone Investment Advisers), Michael Barrington-Hibbert (founder of Barrington-Hibbert Associates), and Wol Kolade (Managing Partner of Livingbridge), the group which founded #100BlackInterns in August 2020.
Through the #100BlackInterns initiative, leading players in the investment management industry have come together to address the chronic underrepresentation of Black talent in that sector. Since its launch, the programme has garnered extraordinary support with 200 investment management companies offering internships in the Summer of 2021 to Black students in the United Kingdom as a way of attracting a more diverse range of talent to their industry.
Following the launch of #100BlackInterns, the #10000BlackInterns initiative has been designed to help transform the horizons and prospects of young Black people in the United Kingdom. The 10,000 Black Interns programme will offer paid work experience across a wide range of sectors, providing training and development opportunities and creating a sustainable cycle of mentorship and sponsorship for the Black community.

Janine Philips Principal - Blue Owl
Janine Phillips is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In her role she focuses business development and client service in Europe for the Institutional client base.
Before joining Blue Owl, Janine was a Director at Pollen Street Capital, a private equity and credit manager focused on financial and business services based in London. Prior to that, she was a Senior Marketer at Anavio Capital Partners, a Cross-Asset Event Driven Fund. Janine began her career as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in Emerging Market Fixed Income and thereafter as an Associate on the European Equity sales team.
Janine received her BSc in Accounting & Finance, from London School of Economics. She has also completed Level I of the CFA programme.

Tiffany Johnston Senior Managing Director - Blue Owl
Tiffany Johnston is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. Based in London, she focuses on Blue Owl’s EMEA LP relationships.
Prior to this role, she led Blue Owl GP Strategic Capital's, formerly known as Dyal Capital's, Business Services Platform in EMEA. Before joining Blue Owl, Tiffany was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, in its London based Capital Introductions Group. Prior to that, she held roles of increasing responsibility in the London based Capital Introductions team at Barclays and the prime brokerage origination team at Lehman Brothers. Tiffany began her career as a Financial Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York.
Tiffany received her BA, magna cum laude, in Economics and Spanish from Amherst College, and holds an MBA from IESE Business School and has completed the CAIA program.

Tricia Ward Managing Director, Manager Research - Redington
Tricia is Managing Director and Head of Private Markets at Redington, which she joined in 2021 to lead the private markets research team. She is responsible for sourcing, selecting, and delivering best-in-class investment solutions to Redington’s clients. Prior to Redington, Tricia worked at the Greater Manchester Pension Fund, where she developed the private credit, private equity, and infrastructure investment programmes, and helped build the ESG framework.
Tricia began her career at Goldman Sachs over 25 years ago, qualifying as a chartered accountant before joining a credit hedge fund. In 2008, she joined Absolute Return Partners as a credit and ILS analyst, becoming a Partner in 2010. There, she built the investment research and management teams for private markets and managed key advisory relationships with pension funds and Family Office clients, supporting strategy education, fund selection, implementation, and monitoring of managers. Tricia is a founding member of Women in Private Credit, a network dedicated to advancing private credit and empowering its female leaders.

Corrado Pistarino Chief Investment Officer - Foresters Friendly Society
Corrado has over 25 years’ experience in investment banking, asset management and insurance. Currently, he is CIO and Chair of the Climate Risk Forum at Foresters Friendly Society. Corrado has a degree in physics from Turin University and a master’s in finance from London Business School.
