Valentina joined mallowstreet as a Customer Success Manager in September 2025, bringing with her a strong background in sales, account management and client services across the financial services and tech industries. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences, and describes herself as a natural people person who enjoys meeting and connecting with others. Valentina holds a degree in Business Management with Communications from the University of Birmingham, where she developed a solid foundation in both commercial awareness and effective communication. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and spending time on holiday, fashion, reading, and staying active through playing badminton.
