Michiel Adriaanse Head of Sustainable Investments, Investment Specialists - Alternatives, EMEA, DWS Mr Adriaanse Joined DWS in 2010 with 14 years of industry experience. Previously, Michiel worked for Deutsche Bank in leveraged finance, project finance and corporate syndicated lending. Prior to that he served as a director in leveraged finance at ABN AMRO Bank and he was a principal consultant for strategy and corporate finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Michiel began his career in operations management consulting with Andersen Consulting.
Michiel graduated with an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and holds an MBA from London Business School and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

Michael Lewis Managing Director, Head of ESG Thematic Research and Member of the CIO for Responsible Investments Team, DWS Michael Lewis joined DWS in 1990. Prior to his current role, he was Global Head of Commodities Research in the Corporate Banking & Securities division. Before this, Michael was a G10 FX strategist and Deputy Head of FX Research at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell.
He began his career as a research analyst covering Global Macro & Rates research at Morgan Grenfell.
Michael holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol; MSc (Econ) in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science
