Keith Gains Senior Director
Keith is a Senior Director with over 17 years’ experience across investment and asset management in the clean energy sector. He was Director, and previously Vice President, for the CEI team at Capital Dynamics Group since its inception in 2010 until leaving in 2017. He sat on a number of Boards and was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing transactions across a wide range of technologies totalling in excess of US$ 400 million. Prior to joining Capital Dynamics he spent seven years at Novera Energy PLC working alongside Quinbrook Founding Partners, David Scaysbrook and Rory Quinlan, through the key growth phase of Novera until its acquisition by Infinis in 2010.

Charlie Miller-Stirling Associate, Capital Formation and Investor Engagement
Charlie is a Member of the Capital Formation & Investor Engagement Team at Quinbrook, managing capital raising and investor relationships. Formerly experienced in energy investment banking, most recently as an energy M&A advisor at Lambert Energy Advisory and formerly part of the Oil & Gas Equities Team at Perella Weinberg Partners, under the energy arm, Tudor Pickering Holt & Co.

Rosalind Smith-Maxwell Vice President, Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners
Rosalind is the Vice President with over 7 years’ experience in renewable energy and clean technology.
• Successfully advised on more than 4GW of renewable energy power projects including onshore wind, solar and biomass technologies. Her clean technology expertise includes behind the meter storage and battery manufacture technologies
• Was a Vice President at Fieldstone Private Capital Group between 2015 and 2020, where she focused on transactions located in Europe and Africa. Prior to joining Fieldstone she was at Climate Change Capital for seven and a half years
• Holds a BSc in Genetics from the University of Edinburgh, and was called to the Bar in 2009, after being awarded the Jules Thorn scholarship by Middle Temple
