Nicole Drapkin Managing Director & Portfolio Manager, Blue Owl Direct Lending Investment Team
Nicole is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In her role, she serves as Co-head of Opportunistic Credit and shares responsibility for the Blue Owl Opportunistic Lending Fund. Previously, Nicole served as a member of Owl Rock Capital Advisors’ Originations team.
Prior to joining Blue Owl, Nicole was a Principal in the Principal Credit Investments Group at the CPP Investment Board, where she focused on sourcing and evaluating credit investments across the gaming, consumer retail, software and healthcare sectors. Prior to that, Nicole was a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York. Nicole currently serves on the board of directors of the Marlene Meyerson JCC of Manhattan. Nicole received a BA, with Honors, from Princeton University.

Janine Phillips Principal,Blue Owl Institutional Business Development
Janine is a Principal at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In her role she focuses business development and client service in Europe for the Institutional client base. Before joining Blue Owl, Janine was a Director at Pollen Street Capital, a private equity and credit manager focused on financial and business services based in London. Prior to that, she was a Senior Marketer at Anavio Capital Partners, a Cross-Asset Event Driven Fund.
Janine began her career as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in Emerging Market Fixed Income and thereafter as an Associate in the European Equity sales team. Janine received her BSc in Accounting & Finance, from London School of Economics. She has also completed Level I of the CFA programme.

Michael Burns Managing Director, Blue Owl Institutional Business Development
Michael is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Institutional Business Development Team. In his role, he focuses on working with the firm's current and prospective clients across Europe. Before joining Blue Owl, Michael was an Executive Vice President at PIMCO, a global asset management firm focused on fixed income, private credit and real estate. He had several roles over 20 years at PIMCO, most recently as head of the UK, Ireland and EMEA Consultant Relations business. Prior to that, he was head of the Nordic Region.
Michael began his career as an Analyst at TCW in the Mortgage-Backed and Asset-Backed Securities Group. Michael received his BA in Economics from Boston College, where he was a Dean's List member. He received an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is also a CFA charterholder.
